We have asked our friendly Front Desk staff to tell us about their favorite restaurants and we’d like to share their reviews on the Vista Blog. Here is our first review:On Wednesday night, I went to The Studio restaurant around 6 o’clock. There was no wait for three people, which was great because I am impatient. We were seated promptly and our waitress was very happy when approaching the table and was delightful to have as our waitress. I ordered the Hummus appetizer, it was delicious. It is homemade with homemade pita bread. The pita was very soft and warm which was great. We also ordered the calamari appetizer which was very good as well. The calamari was crispy and fresh which is my favorite type of calamari. The calamari was served with a pepper mixture with fresh seasonings which was delicious, and also a lemon dipping sauce which was phenomenal. For dinner my mother ordered the haddock sandwich which she enjoyed very much. The haddock sandwich was served with a good amount of fries and the bun was toasted which is always a plus. The sandwich was so big she couldn’t take her first bite. I ordered the steak tips. I love steak tips and gt them almost everywhere I go, these were some of the best steak tips I’ve ever had. They were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere makes this one of the most ideal restaurants when vacationing in Gloucester because it is right on the water. There is a beautiful view with boats. The deck is perfect to sit on during a beautiful summer’s night and look over at the ocean. I highly recommend this restaurant. Good atmosphere, great food and nice service! SF Coming up: The Blue Marlin, Lobsta Land, The Rudder. Check back soon!
