Wonderful Stay

I’ve stayed at the Vista two times. Both times they have gone out of their way to be accommodating. It’s very centrally located to both Rockport and Gloucester and the pool and the beach are perfect.

This was our first stay at the VISTA, and it won’t be our last! The facilities and rooms are excellent and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient and cared about satisfying our needs.

Annual Trip

This has become my husband’s and I annual trip since we came the first time in 2015 for my sister‘s wedding. We love the View of Good Harbor Beach from our room. The grounds are impeccable and the pool was so refreshing. Our stay never disappoints and we hope to keep making it an annual tradition for as long as we can. Picked up the anniversary beach towel, can’t wait to use. Thank-you!

Best vacation stay

A wonderful place to stay nice big room very comfortable beds the view of the ocean was beautiful pool was relaxing we will most definitely be returning for another stay thank you vista!

First Visit, definitely not the last!

My cousin and I stayed at The Vista recently for 2 nights. We LOVED everything about this place.

*The ease of booking online

*The email and texting communication prior to our arrival

*The friendliness of ALL staff – from those that checked us in and chatted with us like we were old friends, the housekeeping staff, the staff who served breakfast and laughed with us, the staff we saw taking care of the grounds always smiled and offered a friendly hello or chatted about where we were from

*The rooms were neat and clean, the pool was beautifully taken care of with plenty of lounge chairs and a few umbrellas. The grounds were well manicured and we saw people leaf blowing the parking lot, hosing off the patios and even cleaning the fence around the pool

*The option to use the parking lot as a “home base” if we chose to arrive early on our arrival date or leave late on departure date

*The breakfast that was served while limited in options was delicious and so convenient

*The ice machine with bags available to fill your cooler – most hotels prohibit this, not encourage it!

*The short walk to Good Harbor Beach where we spent 8 glorious hours in the waves and sun

*Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores and the downtown

We can’t wait to return next summer!!!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A wonderful locally owned establishment. Quiet quaint lodging off the beaten path with an ocean view. Waking up in the morning and sitting out on the patio eating breakfast and smelling the ocean breeze is absolutely wonderful

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rooms were very clean. Great view. The area is quite expensive, it is easy to cook in the kitchen if you choose to. There are beautiful jelly fish on the right side of the ocean just over the bridge. Beach is carry in carry out.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very nice clean motel.  This is our 1st stat at Vista, and we will be returning.  We met the owner, who is a very nice and helpful gentleman.   The location on top  a hill makes for good viewing and picture taking.  They have a pool, but wasn't open for the season , yet.  Our next trip in May, we will enjoy the pool.

The view is lovely. It was not very busy when we were there but there was a nice continental breakfast available.

Les chambres sont beaucoup plus belle en vrai qu’en photo. C’est très propre et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. La dame qui nous  m’accueillie fut souriante! gentille et très professionnelle.

Excellent staff, family friendly, superb continental breakfast, spaceous rooms for families with kids.  If you are seeking an affordable getaway for a family of five with three younger kids then this is the place to be, including the said eateries I noted,  you will have the most awesome experience here, every stay!
