We decided to stay here on our trip to Massachusetts while reading recommendations on Trip Advisor from another guest. This beautiful vista sits on top of the hill. There is a beautiful view of the Ocean and Beach, Rooms are super clean , Pool is Clean , the whole property is neat and clean. Friendly staff and Extremely helpful. They kindly sent me information about the beach about 2 weeks before our stay and luckily they did because in order to go beaches in Massachusetts you need a parking permit that you have to purchase online ahead of time.

Also when we checked in they gave a informational sheet of restaurants nearby and a map of Gloucester which was extremely helpful. The hotel room also provided beach towels for the pool. There is also a very nice breeze if you sit out on the patio of your room. Hairdryers in the room also along with a good size mini fridge.

It was a pleasant stay and Super Clean, Friendly and price was Great!

We have been staying at the vista for past few years and have not had a bad experience yet!!! We love the outdoor pool and how close it is to hood harbor beach and the views are amazing.

Have stayed here multiple times over the years, from the wife and I as well as when in town fishing with friends. The accomodations are simple, straight-forward and efficient. Love that there is a balcony, little fridge, stove-top and a great A/C! The pool is great as well if you are on vacation and the complimentary eats were unexpected. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and the place is super clean. The location is also incredible with great views, close to the supermarket & liquor store as well as cape ann coffee and town. Could not want more from a place to stay when in Gloucester. Thank you!!!

I booked 5 rooms for a family reunion and had to change dates and # of guests multiple times. The folks at The Vista were so kind, helpful and not at all flustered by our complicated and changing requests. The rooms were clean and location can’t be beat.

I loved the location just under half mile walk to Good Harbor Beach and 15 mins drive to Rockport. The room was lovely, everything I needed for a restful retreat. Great pool! I will be back.
