What a pleasant surprise to find an older motel like this in such great shape. The owners and staff have pride here, and it shows. The entire property – inside and out – is meticulously maintained. The rooms are super clean, sunny and comfortable, with great views. The grass, shrubs, hard scaping, lighting – everything – is amazingly well cared for. The staff is very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast service is just right. Convenient location, easy access. We had a very pleasant stay. A gem, highly recommended!

Wow a cool really cool place to stay! Location, location, location, and great staff and kinda old school no frills just chills. Have the walnut banana bread at the included breakfast.

I can’t tell you enough how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Vista. The view from our room of Good Harbor beach was absolutely incredible!! The room was spotless and felt very homey. Very quiet, private location…What a hidden gem!! We will definitely be back!

Very, very nice place !! Excellent location, staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were booked for three nights and wanted to extend our visit on more night. They had to do some juggling of rooms and were able to fit us in. Much appreciated !! We will definitely look to stay again.

We were in town for a week for a wedding. What a perfect spot to get to everything on Cape Ann. The view from our Deluxe Queen with balcony room was spectacular. Sunrise and Good Harbor Beach in the distance made every morning special. Our room was very roomy and absolutely spotless, with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The banana walnut bread at breakfast was amazing. The location and large grounds of the hotel made for a very quiet experience. Highly recommend!
