We will always stay at Vista when we are in town, now that we’ve discovered it. Wonderful setting, friendly staff and guests!

Hello Laura and staff:

We checked out this morning (from Room 20) and I just wanted to write and say thank you for such a lovely stay. My mom, sisters, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time together and it was brought together by you and your lovely motel. Our room was clean and so spacious. The breeze was lovely through the beautiful door with a beautiful view. Breakfast was served by the friendliest people – Mike was just delightful to talk to – and was just enough food to get us to our lunch experiences. Our whale watching experience was fantastic and by ordering our tickets through you, my life was super easy 😊 The pool was also fantastic. The chairs were so comfortable and it was such a relaxing experience. I just wanted to be sure to say thank you for everything and we hope to visit you sometime again.

Just the place for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Looking over Good Harbor Beach is so beautiful and there are plenty of things to do in Gloucester and the entire Cape Ann area.

You won’t be disappointed!

We were so pleasantly surprised at the Vista. It was the reverse of what you often see: a glitzy surface and a disappointment once you get inside. It is not luxury, but it is comfortable, a roomy room that is insanely clean and well maintained, ultra-convenient to everywhere, very reasonably priced, and all of the people working there are super nice and helpful. The pool is a nice bonus, and so is the beach proximity. The only thing I could take issue with is that the internet is kinda slow in the room, but take your laptop out on your private deck (!) and it improves, plus it’s a nicer place to work. Higly recommended!

Two supermarkets in very close proximity.

Gloucester or Rockport easily accessible.

Only small downpoint, which goes for all US hotels: Air conditioning machines are constantly loud and too cold.
