In our recent trip, we stayed in Vermont, Boston, New Hampshire and Maine. The Vista was our favorite place!!! We originally stayed 2 nights and reserved an additional night on our returning trip from Maine. Both our rooms were very very clean and had the best views. Ivonne and Laurel were very friendly and helpful. We recommend this Hotel and will repeat it.

So clean, beautiful view, very comfortable accommodations and the staff a pleasure! Location was central to anything we needed to do. Breakfast was delicious. Would certainly recommend to friends n would return in a heartbeat! THANK U ALL GREAT JOB!

The view is great. Staff are friendly and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a good, simple selection (blueberry bread, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc). We didn’t bring our dog, but loved seeing other people’s pets. They run a tight ship; it’s a quiet, safe place. The rooms could use updated (the beds especially), but it’s clean and the location and price are great.

The Vista was such a lovely weekend getaway spot for my friend and I! We loved the beautiful view, the little patio and chairs to sit and watch the ocean, and the thoughtful and delicious continental breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful and we even got a bag of microwave popcorn to share at check-in. The room was neat, tidy, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

The Vista is perfectly located between Gloucester and Rockport. It has a beautiful view and a short distance to the beach. It was amazingly clean and had everything you would need. The staff was helpful. Highly recommended !
