The hotel looks over Good Harbor beach where waves and surfers play. It’s convenient to Glocester, Rockport and the whole area. The room had an unobstructed view with a balcony. The room was very clean with all that we needed. In the morning, because of Covid, we collected a nice continental brekkie at the service bar. The staff were very accommodating and helpful! We highly recommend the VISTA!

We had a great time, found everything as advertised, and especially felt welcomed by the owner. She could not have been more accomodating. It is a short walk to the beach and to Bass Rocks…. gorgeous.

we stopped at the vista for a 2 night stay. The room was cozy clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. They made you at home. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

This was the perfect place for our weekend away. From my first call, to check in, throughout the stay – everyone there was so nice and helpful. The owner was super accommodating to our needs as well. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. And the fridge, microwave and balcony, with view of the beach, were great benefits. The location is wonderful because it’s up on a hill, so you can’t even hear the traffic below and it’s very peaceful. The pool was beautiful and great on a really hot day. The best part was the proximity to Good Harbor Beach, my all time favorite beach, and the main reason we went to Gloucester. It’s a $5 cab ride each way, which beats the $35 parking fee, with no walking! There are also amazing restaurants a short drive away. I’m already planning my next trip to The Vista this summer and inviting friends!

Location is the BEST. Shaw’s Supermarket is right around the corner. Beach is an easy, short walk. Downtown is only a 5 minute drive.
