Great Getaway!

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! Very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location is a convenient walk to Good Harbor and a 5-minute drive from Rock Port. Also, very pet-friendly!!

Stunning views!

I appreciated the warm welcome, the spacious room, and the patio with its ocean view. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Amenities like grocery stores, coffee shop, and restaurants are close by. Not fancy, but very well-maintained. Can’t wait to stay again!

Pride of Ownership Shines in Every Detail

We stayed at The Vista for 5 nights to visit friends and attend a funeral. The Vista became a home away from home providing everything my 93 year old mom and I needed to be comfortable. Our efficiency apartment was spacious and the view thru the sliders spectacular. Our dog enjoyed the on-site dog park and when he escaped across the street into the marsh, Vista management, guests and half the neighborhood joined in trying to catch him. Everything about our stay was perfect. (Except that our cat could not stay. We had to leave her with our friends and we missed her.) Details such as the breakfast eggs (bright yellow yolks—must be pasture raised!) and the lap blankets at the outdoor dining tables exemplify the attention to detail. Usually I stay with my Gloucester friends when in town, but if I ever need a place again, I would not even think of looking elsewhere.

We just stayed at the Vista in May 2021 and it was beautiful! Incredibly clean and service was excellent. Nice new patio with breakfast in morning! We loved it as always!!

Great service; great views

My wife and I came for a 2-night stay mid-week in April. Our room had a stunning view over Good Harbor Beach! What a treat to sit out on our front porch eating our grab-and-go (b/c COVID) breakfast each morning! The service was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. Not fancy, but perfectly nice. We’d definitely recommend it.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rooms were very clean. Great view. The area is quite expensive, it is easy to cook in the kitchen if you choose to. There are beautiful jelly fish on the right side of the ocean just over the bridge. Beach is carry in carry out.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very nice clean motel.  This is our 1st stat at Vista, and we will be returning.  We met the owner, who is a very nice and helpful gentleman.   The location on top  a hill makes for good viewing and picture taking.  They have a pool, but wasn't open for the season , yet.  Our next trip in May, we will enjoy the pool.

The view is lovely. It was not very busy when we were there but there was a nice continental breakfast available.

Les chambres sont beaucoup plus belle en vrai qu’en photo. C’est très propre et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. La dame qui nous  m’accueillie fut souriante! gentille et très professionnelle.

Excellent staff, family friendly, superb continental breakfast, spaceous rooms for families with kids.  If you are seeking an affordable getaway for a family of five with three younger kids then this is the place to be, including the said eateries I noted,  you will have the most awesome experience here, every stay!
