Professional and a warm welcome to the property as soon as check in at the front desk. Our stay was short and sweet. The king size bedroom/ ground floor level was clean and tidy. The view was breathtaking more so during the hour of sunrise. Unforgettable experience. It is a must stay motel.

The Vista, overlooking Good Harbor Beach, is one of my all time favorite places to stay. I came here every summer when my children were small and still love the peaceful vibe and quiet beauty. The rooms aren’t fancy, but to me they are seaside perfection.

Clean comfortable and fab view. Breakfast under the tent was an added delight. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Perfect place for us to stay and check out all of Cape Ann.
