Weekend getaway

The Vista is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Gloucester. Everyone is friendly. The place is very clean and the beds are comfortable. I accidentally left something behind in the room and when I called they offered to mail it to me at my home. I highly recommend!!

Perfect Setting

The most perfect setting and staff! Our favorite place to call our home away from home. Our car had decided not to start and they even knew how to get us back on the road again. Just absolutely the friendliest, cleanest and most wonderful stay!

View worth the price alone!

Second time staying at Vista and more than satisfied both times.Great views,clean rooms and a staff that make sure you have everything you need. Want to know where the locals eat, ask at the front desk. Wanted some lobster rolls but didn’t want to float a loan at restaurant. Woman behind front desk, and wish I could remember her name, told me about Jeff’s Variety grocery store five minutes from the Vista that on Thursday’s had them at $9.97 each.,bought two went back to room, had them on the porch and ate like a king. Things like this are what make the Vista a great place to stay at and I recommend it highly.

Great place to stay

It’s our second visit and we’re already planning our third stay. Clean, great view of the beach, more then ample breakfast , lovely grounds, and a heated pool with plenty of towels and lounge chairs. The front desk staff was pleasant and informative.

Amazing!!!

The Vista was true to its name. The view from our room was amazing and calming. The rooms were clean and fresh and for being an older motel, it was up to date with everything!! The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool, too many places to see!! I would definitely recommend The Vista to anyone!!!!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rooms were very clean. Great view. The area is quite expensive, it is easy to cook in the kitchen if you choose to. There are beautiful jelly fish on the right side of the ocean just over the bridge. Beach is carry in carry out.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very nice clean motel.  This is our 1st stat at Vista, and we will be returning.  We met the owner, who is a very nice and helpful gentleman.   The location on top  a hill makes for good viewing and picture taking.  They have a pool, but wasn't open for the season , yet.  Our next trip in May, we will enjoy the pool.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have known about the Vista for years and had been told to stay there. I finally did and was not disappointed. It is within walking distance to Good Harbor Beach and within about a mile of some great restaurants.

The view is lovely. It was not very busy when we were there but there was a nice continental breakfast available.

Les chambres sont beaucoup plus belle en vrai qu’en photo. C’est très propre et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. La dame qui nous  m’accueillie fut souriante! gentille et très professionnelle.

Excellent staff, family friendly, superb continental breakfast, spaceous rooms for families with kids.  If you are seeking an affordable getaway for a family of five with three younger kids then this is the place to be, including the said eateries I noted,  you will have the most awesome experience here, every stay!
