PERFECT!

Every room has a view of the Atlantic, the outdoor pool is beautiful and overlooks the ocean as well. Convenient to Gloucester, Cape Ann and Rockport, and not a bad commute to Salem. The owner/managers could not have been nicer. It is a throwback to the old “motor lodges”, so if you are looking for glass and mirrors this won’t be your bag, but if clean, convenient and polite is your thing you can’t go wrong here!

Wonderful stay...again!

My wife and I have returned to the Vista almost annually for many years. We love the friendly, personal service we receive as much as we enjoy our comfortable rooms, great view of the ocean, and easy walking access to Good Harbor beach. The staff and owners seem committed to always making things better, so there are always nice new touches to the rooms and the grounds. It’s great to have a place to stay in Gloucester that we know we can depend on for service and quality.

Recently, my husband and I spent 2 nights at

The Vista. Before booking, I read the reviews

and booked our stay. Every encounter with

the staff was a pleasure. Pricilla and Garry at

the front desk were welcoming and very

helpful. Jackie did a great job in the breakfast

Room. Everything was fresh and delicious. The

rooms were very clean. Beds comfortable. We

enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony.

Definetly recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at the Vista. We weren’t sure what to expect because of the difference in price compared to other hotels. The grounds were very well maintained and the staff was friendly. The outdoor heated pool was excellent!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rooms were very clean. Great view. The area is quite expensive, it is easy to cook in the kitchen if you choose to. There are beautiful jelly fish on the right side of the ocean just over the bridge. Beach is carry in carry out.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very nice clean motel.  This is our 1st stat at Vista, and we will be returning.  We met the owner, who is a very nice and helpful gentleman.   The location on top  a hill makes for good viewing and picture taking.  They have a pool, but wasn't open for the season , yet.  Our next trip in May, we will enjoy the pool.

The view is lovely. It was not very busy when we were there but there was a nice continental breakfast available.

Les chambres sont beaucoup plus belle en vrai qu’en photo. C’est très propre et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. La dame qui nous  m’accueillie fut souriante! gentille et très professionnelle.

Excellent staff, family friendly, superb continental breakfast, spaceous rooms for families with kids.  If you are seeking an affordable getaway for a family of five with three younger kids then this is the place to be, including the said eateries I noted,  you will have the most awesome experience here, every stay!
