Immaculate property, great view, friendly local-savvy staff, and breakfast included; what more could you want? Loved walking to Good Harbor Beach and then relaxing in the pool. If you’re there on a Tuesday, get the $14 lobster rolls from Surfside Pizza & Subs–the best I’ve ever had and I’m from MAINE!

Very dog friendly, fenced in grassy area to let dogs off leash. Great helpful staff. Quiet room with a view of the ocean. Very clean.

We stayed at The Vista for an extended period of time as my wife was working at a local hospital. From Day One through our entire stay, the owner and staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The rooms have all the amenities and are very clean. The property is meticulously maintained and the ocean views from the rooms are breathtaking. We will be back for sure and kind of sad that we are leaving this perfect spot on the North Shore!!

This was our first visit to Gloucester. We chose Vista based on other reviews and the location. The property is just outside of town, yet close enough to make it a short trip downtown. The room was very clean and the staff met our needs. The view from the room was extraordinary. The breakfast offered was simple yet filling. The breads and fruits were fresh and the coffee was excellent. I could not offer one suggestion to make the place better
