Used to come every year before my boys got to college

Now I got to enjoy with one of my grandkids and hopefully next year we’ll be doing it again 🥰

The Vista overlooks Good Harbor beach: great beach for walking in off season

Accommodations were comfortable, spotless , well maintained… outside patio has open sided tent: we sat here, enjoyed sumptuous continental breakfast! Best lodging choice in Gloucester! Helpful, friendly staff

Great value, easy free parking close to room. Room equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffe pot/coffee/tea, and stove top. Breakfast provided was simple but delicious with a great view. The woman working the breakfast counter was so sweet. The grounds are kept immaculate.

Unfortunately, upon check in, we were informed the pool was closing that day for the season. It was fine, but wish we had been informed when booking.

Overall, highly recommend this property!!!

Another excellent stay at The Vista! We are so delighted to have discovered this seaside gem three years ago when our daughter entered college nearby. You can tell right away that the owners and the staff take great pride in their work – the rooms & grounds are super clean & well-maintained. In multiple visits over three years, every single staff person has been notably helpful and pleasant. The Vista is not new & fancy by city standards – but it has great character, everything is up-to-date, and we’ve had a wonderful experience on every visit.
